There is a problem where tablet talk wont allow you to answer a call .. freshollie has made a patch for it that can be found here that fixes the problem n7carputer.freeforums.net/thread/4/tablet-talk-fixed-apk
You also need some sort of Handsfree system which I am sure options will be discussed in this thread.
I now use an android mirror Jimilabs JC900 for my handsfree in my Mercedes, its expensive, but I wanted a solution to record front and rear, and also has tracking capabilities.

In my Ford Transit I am using the Pioneer head unit that the audio from the N7 is routed to that has a Bluetooth handsfree ability
